My goals are to:
■ Provide superior customer-service
■ Reduce the stress associated with the transaction
■ Ensure that there are no last-minute surprises
■ Facilitate the process to a successful conclusion
In order to provide the best possible client-services, I believe it is essential for the Realtor to emphasize continuing education in order to:
■ stay abreast of changes in the law
■ benefit from evolving professional policies & standards
■ incorporate industry best-practices into one's own business
I have earned or am currently pursuing the following professional designations:
■ Earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation which addresses the needs of home buyers age 55-plus.
■ Has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which requires advanced study in core Realtor competencies such as listing, selling, pricing, and marketing with a specific emphasis on residential properties. Only 37,000 of more than 1.2 Million Realtors have earned this designation.
■ Have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, which requires specialized course-work emphasizing the legal and ethical aspects of buyer-representation. Approximately 40,000 Realtors nationwide possess this designation, or less than 3.5% of all Realtors.
■ Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a program designed to provide a broad base of knowledge in areas such as environmental law, tax implications of real estate transactions, land-use policies, and commercial property.
■ Certified in Maryland Historic Properties, a designation that reflects expertise in Maryland preservation & environmental policies.
■ Earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by taking the new SRES course designed and conferred by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. |
